JDSPR2812 type anti-radiation 32-bit fixed-point DSP

[Overview]

JDSPR2812 is a high-performance 32-bit fixed-point DSP with anti-radiation index, and its circuit scale is 1 million gate. The embedded 18K x 16bit SAAM enables to rapidly read the command at 100MHz, and the multi-boot ROM makes it much easier for development and application. The circuit has EV, SCI, SPI, McBSP, CAN2.0, PWM, 32-bit CPU timer and other resource modules, which can be widely used in space radiation background fields such as aerospace control and satellite control.

JSRVC33 type anti-radiation 32-bit floating-point DSP

[Overview]

JSRVC33 is a high-performance 32-bit floating-point DSP with anti-radiation index, and its circuit scale is 0.2 million gate. It has a 32-bit barrel shifter, supporting 16/32-bit fixed-point and 32/40-bit floating-point arithmetic. The embedded 34K x 32bit SRAM enables to rapidly read the command at 75MHz, and it achieves high-speed operation with the boot loader. The circuit has serial port, DMA, 32-bit CPU timer and other resource modules, which can be widely used in space radiation background fields such as aerospace and satellite.
